The prices for individual courses vary depending on the course content, complexity, and the instructor’s offerings. Prices are displayed clearly on the course enrollment page, and they may change from time to time. You will be notified of the price at the time of purchase, and you will be charged the price listed at that time.

Subscription plans may include additional features, such as certification, personalized support, or exclusive access to premium content. Specific plan features are outlined on the subscription page when you sign up.

2. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change the prices of our courses, subscription plans, and the validity of the courses and services at any time. However, if you have already paid for any course or subscribed to a plan, your price will remain the same for the duration of your current term (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless otherwise specified in the terms of your agreement.

For example:

- If you are on an annual subscription, your renewal price will remain locked for the next year at the price you initially paid, even if the price of the plan increases for new customers.

We will notify you of any price changes with adequate notice before your next renewal.

3. Discounts and Promotions

OIQ Academy occasionally offers promotional discounts, special offers, or coupon codes for courses and subscription plans to specific groups of candidates. These promotions are typically time-limited and may apply to new users, returning users, or users upgrading to a higher subscription level.

Discounts or promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods to ensure a smooth and secure transaction experience for our users. These payment methods may include:

- UPI

- Other third-party payment processors, as available

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers, and OIQ Academy does not store your credit card information.

5. Taxes

The prices displayed on the OIQ Academy Platform do not include taxes or other charges unless specifically stated. Depending on your location, applicable GST or any other indirect taxes may be added to your purchase. These taxes will be clearly indicated during the checkout process before you complete your final payment.

6. Refunds

Please read the subscription terms and conditions carefully before selecting any of the courses, as once you have purchased a course, you cannot cancel it. Once you have purchased and made the required payment, it shall be final, and there cannot be any refund of the payment. We may provide an option to move you to the next batch if, in any circumstances, you will not be able to join the batch you have enrolled in. You will need to communicate to us in a week in advance to change your batch to next. As all recorded lectures and live lectures will also be available to watch during your validity of the course.

7. Currency and Payment Processing

All payments are processed in INR. Depending on your location and payment method, additional fees may apply (e.g., foreign transaction fees). The exchange rate for payments made in a currency other than your local currency will be determined by the third-party payment processor at the time of the transaction.

8. Access to Content and Services

Once payment is successfully processed, you will be granted access to the content or services you purchased up to the validity of the course. This access is non-transferable and subject to the terms of the specific course or subscription plan. Sharing of content is strictly prohibited.

9. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period, at which point your access will end.
